The Biggest Loser -Week 1

The task for this week has two parts.  
  • First, set your goals for the seven week program.  How many pounds do you want to lose.
  • Second, give up one food item that is a downfall for you for one week.  After the week is up you can go back to eating it if you want.  Post and let us all hold you accountable for what you are giving up.

I am going to give up all sweets.

I'm going to give up fast food. Now that I am back in school I have started picking up dinner between work and school...probably not the best idea.

I'm giving up... eating out for one week.

so, after a YSA fireside on saturday everyone went to happy hour, boo. So I wouldn't have to eat out, we got a few people to go watch a movie instead. Thanks for the motivation!

I wish giving up "eating out" was the key to losing weight- I can't remember the last time we went out to eat!
I will not eat chocolate this week.
