The Biggest Loser -Week 3

I hope everyone had a good week. I feel really good about my efforts but the scales are moving very slowly! The challenge this week is to drink more water. It varies for everyone but I found some good information on water consumption here: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/water/NU00283

My goal for this week is to exercise 4 days. I'm afraid Katie is going to leave me far behind. I'm not sure she had any weight to lose in the first place!
Jen- your Dad did have fun with our kids. I think he's hoping for grandkids :). He helped me out a lot while he was here- like out to the car after church.

I travelled last week for work and I'm afraid my diet stayed at home... With less than 5 weeks left it is time to get serious!! I have been practicing drinking water my whole life, I am going to dominate the challenge this week : )
