Sorry I'm late on the challenge and maybe too late (since Katie is already on the plane headed toward blissfully full dinner plates). The challenge is to control portions. Don't skip the pumpkin treats - just eat a small bit. Don't pile on the mashed potatoes as I am so fond of doing. Eating more will not make it more delicious. I read an article in some psychology magazine about the three types of pleasure - things remembered, things currently experienced, things expected. Enjoy what you are experiencing - don't fall into the pleasure of thinking about the food you will eat after that bite and setting yourself to indulge that desire.

I have lost 3 pounds.
I think I have gained a couple pounds...but Thanksgiving sure was good : )
i think i have lost about 4 pounds.
I will need to weigh myself again. I know I have lost a few pounds- my jeans are fitting better!
