The Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell

Review: Full of fascinating case studies. Interesting perspective on success and the idea that we are products of a time and place more than we are products of hard work and intelligence. Shakes up some of the foundations that go into the educational system. Good read, but I'm still not a big fan of reading nonfiction.
