Bubbly Balls

Tools and Materials
Curved upholstery needle
Monofilament
3-inch, 4-inch, and 8-inch foam balls
Pencil
Mini and standard baking cups
Hot-glue gun
Ribbon, for hanging
Removable adhesive hooks (such as Command hooks)

The How-To
Use the needle to thread monofilament into the ball and out again. Knot the monofilament, creating a loose loop from which to tie ribbon.

Place the pencil eraser in the center of a baking cup, and bunch the cup around pencil. Hot-glue the cup to the ball, pressing with eraser to adhere to ball. Repeat, covering the ball.
