I loved loved loved this collection of short stories. I feel like I finally understand the value of a short story. It really did feel like ready a short story for the first time in my entire life. Every other short story has only been a feeble attempt at something Alice absolutely achieves.

I started reading it yesterday based on your recommendation. I've been having way too many misses with trying new books lately. Thanks for highlighting a good book so I knew what to pick up next.
