Children's Yoga


* Child's pose = seed + water back + growing
* Focus on animal nature of poses (cat, downward dog + life leg/tail, snake/cobra, elephant: stretch hands/trunk up and to sides *lion:kneel with but on heel and hands on ground +make big faces)
* Hold knees and roll around on back
* Tree pose + branches in the wind
* Visualize breath expanding in stomache
* Dance around and then freeze in starfish pose

sorry, this is just a general comment about this sight. How cool is this!!! I love your short antidotes on life and revel in the insights you are gathering for yourself as you experience each day.

I forgot you had created this sight and just happened on to it during lunch when I couldn't go running because of a pull muscle. best little gift I got all day.

if I were to brag about my kids, it would be all of their abilities in creating exciting, interesting prose. I love reading your writings - keep it up.
