Hard-boiled Eggs

*Covered in cold water + pinch salt + tsp vegetable oil
*Bring to boil + boil for 10 minutes
* Dump + fill with cold water 

OR

*Cold water barely covering
*High heat and boil + 3 minutes
*Remove from heat + cover + 8 minutes
*Drain and rinse with cold water for 1 minute
