Heart Healthy Banana Bread

1/2 cup egg beaters
1/3 cup skim milk
1/4 cup applesauce
2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
1 cup flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup sugar
2 very ripe bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla

Heat oven to 350 - spray pan - dust with flour - in a small bowl stir eggs, milk, applesauce, oil and set aside - in another small bowl, stir flour, flour, baking soda, salt and set aside - in a large bowl, beat together sugar, bananas, vanilla - alternatively, add egg mixture and flour mixture, beating at low speed - bake for 35 for 40 minutes
