{Restaurant Review} Mellow Mushroom

Maybe it is just too soon.  We were quite the pizza connoisseurs in Portland and loved our finds.  The Mellow Mushroom was in a fun area downtown and had an ambiance that kept Lucy entertained (think lava lamps), but the crust, while buttery and tasty, was too thick and the flavors seems awkward to me (of course I did order a pizza with potato and sour cream on it).  I am okay if we move on in our Denver pizza search.

{Restaurant Review} Sweet Action Ice Cream

As seen on Yahoo! as one of the top ten best ice cream experiences. My review: still not ready to break up with Salt n Straw in Portland, but the this ice cream was indeed tasty and very smooth, maybe a little soft if you weren't licking it on a cone.
