Personal Training


Part of my 30 before 30 plan is to shed some pounds. Enter one personal trainer and I'm feeling pretty confident. I'm going to try to keep track of some of our workouts so I can reference them again.
Mini-workout: with 10 lb kettle balls 2x[20 squat and swing up, chops from upper corner to opposite lower corner, 10 swing balls in wide to narrow squats, 10 pushups, 15 plank ups from laying to planks]
Full Workout #1: 3x[20 lat pulldowns, 15 squat to upright row, 1 minute plank elbows to hands, 15 slow crunchs] and 3x[15 leg curls, 1 minutes step-ups, 15 supermans, 10 single leg drops]
Between trainings: [3 cardio machines for 15 minutes] [full body on hoist machines 2 sets of 25 on each machine + 20 minutes of cardio]

Update from half birthday: down 3.2
